Anon gets a hexadecimal 'hash' based on their IP and internet time, and sends it to anon 2 through a disposable email service.
After 1 hour has passed, both anon 1 and anon 2, get a new 'hash' based on initial hash.
I've been on forums where PM isn't a built in feature.
