6 months ago I had to quit my Cybersec Engineering job b/c of psychosis. What can I do to get back in the field?

Hey guys, I'm doing better since my episode and am currently working a pretty boring (but chill) desktop support job, in the meantime I've been applying to the relatively few cyber jobs in my area. I've scored two interviews and did not get the job because I haven't had much experience with Crowdstrike or a SIEM. Otherwise I have not heard back from any of the other applications.
