16-31 October 2023 Cyber Attacks Timeline

In the second half of October 2023, I collected 183 events, with a predominance of ransomware and malware attacks. A significant breach targeted the Indian Council of Medical Research, leaking 815 million records. Cyber espionage activities by various groups and hacktivist operations in the Middle East were also prominent.
